Cashback Remortgages · Conditional cashback
Mortgage Cashback Calculator
Use your mortgage amount to see the existing indicative cashback bands for a remortgage or product transfer. These are alternatives, not two payments to add together, and a calculator result does not establish entitlement.

- Potential remortgage cashback
- £315.00
- Potential product-transfer cashback
- £157.00
Alternative outcomes, not amounts to add together. Eligibility, loan size and completion conditions apply. Ask for the amount and payment terms in writing.
Cashback does not show whether a mortgage is suitable or cheaper overall. Compare the rate, fees, early repayment charges and remaining balance as well.
Use the mortgage amount, not the property price
The illustration is based on borrowing, not the asking price or a borough house-price average. A change to the completed loan amount may affect the relevant band. Ask the adviser to confirm the amount applicable to the actual transaction.
Below the minimum illustrated borrowing band, the result is £0. A positive result is still subject to eligibility and completion conditions; it is not a mortgage offer or confirmation that a lender will accept the loan.
A remortgage and product transfer are different routes
A remortgage normally replaces borrowing with a new lender; a product transfer changes the deal with your current lender. The two indicative cashback values reflect those alternatives. The appropriate route depends on available products, your circumstances and the total cost.
The illustration uses the existing brokerage bands rather than inventing lender cashback. Any lender incentive must be checked separately against the specific product terms.
Get the conditions in writing
Before proceeding, confirm eligibility, the applicable amount, required completion conditions and payment timing. If the loan, product or application changes, ask whether the cashback confirmation also needs to change.
Compare the interest rate, fees, early repayment charges and remaining balance alongside cashback. The offer with the largest incentive is not necessarily suitable or cheaper overall.

Ask an adviser about your circumstances and a solicitor or tax adviser about legal or tax questions. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
